Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about leadership. The practice, not the theory.

What actually works.

What makes a difference.

What people remember.

When how you show up matters most.

As I started outlining ideas, I realized how many of them came from experience, from lessons learned the hard way, or from mentors who shared their own version of the “secret sauce.”

Not the lessons from seminars or books, but the ones that emerge in real moments when things are uncertain, decisions feel too hard, and people are counting on you.

Each week or so, I’ll share one of these reflections. These aren’t frameworks or checklists.

Just practical ideas that have held up over time. Some I learned a little later than I wish I had.

I’ll try to keep these tight. Simple. Real.

Meant to be used.

And I’m sure they’ll be improved by your ideas and your own “secret sauce.”

If you’ve found yourself navigating uncertainty, leading through change, or just trying to figure out what good leadership looks like day to day, I hope some of these resonate.

I look forward to sharing them with you.
