For most of my adult life, I felt like I was doing all the right things. And nothing was working.

Not for lack of effort. I tried everything: different diets, different workouts, different approaches. I talked to nutritionists, worked with a personal trainer, got the bloodwork done. I was trying hard. I just wasn't getting anywhere.

What I finally figured out — after a lot of research and a lot of dead ends — was that being stuck wasn't my fault. I wasn't doing anything wrong. I just wasn't doing the right things for my body, at my age. That realization changed everything.

Once I understood what my body actually needed — the right foods, the right movement, the right combination to reduce inflammation and build real strength — things started to shift. I started feeling better. Sleeping better. And for the first time in years, I started seeing results that actually lasted.

Then a friend introduced me to FASTer Way to Fat Loss. In my first 100 days, I lost 25 pounds of fat, not just weight. Fat. I felt stronger. I knew I was healthier. And I realized I wasn't going back.
